Licensing Division
Class C License Renewals
All Class C and Class CK Licenses will expire on October 31, 2008. The renewal forms have been sent to the local City and County clerks.

SPECIAL DESIGNATED LICENSES
As of August 1, 2008 the local law enforcement statement is no longer required to be filed with Special Designated License applications.
SMOKING BAN NEWS
Due to the upcoming state wide no smoking ban (effective June 2009), any outdoor smoking areas where you want alcohol to be allowed will need to be approved by the Commission and added to your liquor license. You may apply for one of the two types of areas, beer garden or sidewalk cafe defined here. To make application for this area click here for the necessary form. All questions regarding guidelines on how the area needs to be enclosed may be addressed to the local governing body. A copy of the smoking ban may be viewed at Nebraska Clean Air Act of 2008.
TRAINING INFORMATION
Starting January 1st - All Individuals wishing to be certified as a server will need to send us their documents showing completion of training by a certified Training Course with a $5.00 payment. Please make payable to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commisison.

Still wine derived primarily from apples or apple concentrate (apple juice, or the equivalent amount of concentrate reconstituted to the original brix of the juice prior to concentration, must represent more that 50 percent of the volume of the finished product) containing no other fruit product nor any artificial product which imparts a fruit flavor other than apple; containing at least one-half of one percent (0.05%) and less than seven percent alcohol by volume; having the taste, aroma, and characteristics generally attributed to hard cider; and sold or offered for sale as hard cider.
