What's New at the NLCC?

Executive Director's Office

Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009 for the July 4th Holiday. We will reopen on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 8 a.m.

Cigar Bar
The legislature has passed LB 355 to exempt smoking in cigar bars.  This bill will allow existing Class C licensees and Class C applicants to apply for a Cigar Bar permit to allow the smoking of Cigars and Pipes only.  No applications will be accepted at this time until the rule making process is complete.  We anticipate this to be completed in September or October.
