CURRENTLY THE STATE OF NEBRASKA HAS NO MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

 

CERTIFIED ALCOHOL SERVER TRAINING PROGRAMS

 

TITLE 237 – MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR
ALCOHOL SERVER TRAINING PROGRAMS

 

Starting January 1, 2008- All Individuals wishing to be certified as a server will need to send us their documents showing completion of training by a certified Training Course with a $5.00 payment. Please make payable to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commisison.
