How To Make A Complaint
(regarding a suspected violation by a liquor license holder of the Rules and Regulations of the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission or of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act.)
Complaints may be made in writing , by telephone, e-mail or use our on-line complaint form.
Please include the name of the establishment, the street address and the city where the business is located. Be as specific as possible as there are many businesses with the same or similar names located throughout our state.
Describe the suspected improper activity in as much detail as possible.
Please provide your name and a way to contact you in case officers need to ask for more information on the suspected illegal activity. Sometimes concerned parties make complaints of activities that are not violations of state law or the Commission's rules. In these cases the concerned parties, if known, are contacted and informed that there are not any laws being violated.
All complaints are confidential, neither your name of identity will be released to anyone outside of law enforcement.

- The Alcohol/Tobacco Enforcement Coordinator of the Nebraska State Patrol
- Your local Nebraska State Patrol Troop Headquarters
- You local law enforcement agency, City Police Department or County Sheriff's Department
