Robert Batt graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s College of Business in 1976 and is an experienced business leader. He will represent the Second Congressional District on the three person board. From 2000-2003 Batt served on the State Comprehensive Capital Facilities Planning Committee. He has also served as chairman of the City of Omaha Personnel Board from 1998-2003. He is currently a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board based in Omaha.

Ms. Wiebusch is owner broker for Century 21 Midlands, Kearney. She is originally from Broken Bow, NE, earned BA Music Education, and MA Music, UNL. Received real estate license in 1976 & broker’s license 1979. Opened CBS Real Estate 1979, opened midland partners 1982, and bought Century 21 Midlands 1992. Buffalo Co Board of Realtor president 1984, Buffalo Co realtor of the year 1987, president Nebraska Realtor Assn 1995. 2003 Nebraska Realtor of the year. National Brokers Commission Congress Member. Past Kearney City Council member, past chairman of Kearney Area chamber of commerce, past president of Kearney area community foundation, Yanney Heritage Park Foundation board member, CRA board member, Good Samaritan Hospital board of directors, Chairman of GSH Finance Committee, Past ARELLO district Vice-President.

William Austin graduated from high school in McCook Nebraska where he also attended McCook Junior College. After Junior College, William attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, where he received his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in English in 1970. In 1973, he graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with distinction.During law school, he clerked for Chief Justice Paul White, Nebraska Supreme Court. Following law school he started his career for the City of Lincoln Law Department. From 1973 to 1999 he worked for the City of Lincoln as Assistant City Prosecutor, Assistant City Attorney (Civil Division), Chief Assistant Attorney (Civil Division), and City Attorney. In 1999 Mr. Austin joined the Lincoln law firm of Erickson & Sederstrom P.C., where he is currently practicing. Mr. Austin has been involved in many activities, including: NSBA Ethics Committee - Chair (2003 – 2005); Mayor’s Compensation Committee – Chair; St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Building Committee (2005 – present); Multijurisdictional Practice subcommittee NSBA – Chair (2002). He has been admitted to Bar in the State of Nebraska, United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, United States Court of Appeals (8th Circuit), and United States Supreme Court.
