A: Transportation of liquor (beer, wine, spirits) into the State of Nebraska for personal use of the possessor, his or her family or guests twenty-one years of age. Example: If you cause to bring a case of wine (12 bottles, size 750ml) that is your maximum allowance which equals nine liters. There are no requirements of paper work or any filing with the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. There is no state excise tax assessed on the nine liters.
